    the sushi buffet for my dinner. yummy yummy. i went in with an empty stomach, but i walked out with a bloated stomach.
    every single plate of the sushi looks yummy thus i am just not able to resist to the temptation.



    ENOUGH.. there arent anymore space for any food. Surrender!

    this was actually a meal to reward me for the long and tiring day at work. it just so nice right?

    alright, enough of all the food. i seriously missed playing basketball. sweet kalai called earlier in the evening to inform that there be a 3on3 soon. i missed FENG XIONG HUA. i really see the need for me to do some workout. i really see the need to sweat;burn the fats away. i dont want to be going sideway. W A H A H A.

    i have decided to continue my dance with amore in mid july. after some planning, i will only be able to have some free time for it. i am looking forward to it as before dance, i can go for some tonning workout in the gym. i might even be able to join in the pilates or yoga sessions.(that only if time permits) somehow i misses kick-boxing though it is super tiring,but it really shiok.

    i am praying hard that i am able to go to the hantu trip. i am really looking forward.
